Seafood café, wine bar and cocktail lounge, Flute, on George Street may be brand new but it’s already making waves! With all-day dining from breakfast onwards and cocktails until the early hours, you’re sure have a whale of a time.

White tiles, driftwood panels, Farrow & Ball coastal-inspired colours create a cool – but cosy – contemporary vibe.

Chefs cook up all kinds of delish fish dishes and sharing plates made with the freshest catch of the day straight from Wing of St Mawes in Cornwall. We’re loving the sound of the seafood trolley laden with fresh smoked fish, seafood, shellfish, homemade potted shrimps and more, all to be scoffed with warm, artisan bread. And anyone for oysters?!

The extensive wine list is fizzing with Champagne, prosecco and British sparkling wine – and they shake up a mean cocktail. Come for early evening or late night drinks in the lounge bar, or hire it for your own private party of up to 50 guests.
